By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to PaaGee.Pk and its operators.
• “You,” “Your,” “User,” “Customer” refers to the person using the website or placing an order.
• “Products” refers to all goods available for purchase on the Website, including, but not limited to, crockery, electronics, kitchenware, and home appliances.
• “Content” includes text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software on the Website.

2. Account Registration

• You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Products and Pricing

• We strive to display all Products and their prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colours, or other Content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The total price for your order will include the product price, applicable sales tax (e.g., GST), and delivery charges, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price or the product. We only consider an order to be placed once you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation email.
• Your order constitutes an offer to buy the Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Product unavailability.
  • Errors in product or pricing information.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• We will send you an order confirmation email. A contract for the sale of Products is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipment confirmation email.

5. Payment

• We offer various secure payment methods, including but not limited to:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • Mobile Wallets
• For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the Products.
• For online payments, all transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit/debit card details.

6. Delivery

• We will deliver the Products to the address you specify during checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, courier service failures, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If a delivery attempt fails, we may charge additional fees for re-delivery.
• Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

• Return Policy: We offer a return policy for defective or damaged Products. You must inspect the Products upon delivery and notify us within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) of any issues related to damage or defect. Returns are subject to our approval.
• Warranty: Most electronics and appliances come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer provides the terms and conditions of the warranty which are separate from PaaGee.Pk. We will facilitate warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For COD returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Content without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
